The Magic of Flight is a Web XR Experience that I wrote and hosted. It's now won the most prestigious Web XR Award "Experience of the Year" as well as "Educational Experience of the Year" and "Video Experience of the Year". I'm very proud of this work.

Congrats! It’s awesome to see The Magic of Flight take home Experience of the Year, plus the educational and video honors—sounds like a truly engaging Web XR project.
Been following John's paper airplane builds for years, so it's cool to see his XR work getting recognized like this. If anyone's into incremental games on the side, Scritchy Scratchy has been my go-to for mindless scratching between folding sessions.
The award-winning XR experience must be amazing in person. For our own documentation and archiving we rely on simple converters - avif to jpg for exhibition photos, convert heic to png when handling iPhone captures, xlsx to csv for attendee lists, and invisible character for testing layout spacing. Congratulations again on the recognition!
Congratulations on the three Web XR awards for The Magic of Flight! Bringing aviation history to life through immersive XR storytelling is such a powerful approach. When we documented our own flight workshop we used a few handy tools - a tuimiz random animal generator for quick mascot ideas, the ao3 purity test for a fun team icebreaker, bible verses for funerals while reflecting on the historical narratives, and a simple mouse test to check our VR controllers. Inspiring work!
Thank you for putting this information together. I hope to see more updates and practical examples in future posts. https://yixscout.com/
